• Post Service removal of materials and tools used in Painting  
• Unfurnished Apartment & Villas Only  

EXCLUSION:   

• Painting Doors and other wooden or metal items  
• Exterior (Outside) Painting will be quoted after survey  
• Major Wall Damage and cracks excluded  
• Ceiling Painting excluded   
• Different Color Paint/Scanned Paint  
• All Kinds of textured Paint excluded  
• Balcony Painting Excluded  
• All Major & Structural Cracks excluded  
• Post Construction & Renovation Paint excluded
