⭕ Exterior (Outside) Painting will be quoted after survey  

⭕ Major Wall Damage and cracks excluded  

⭕ Ceiling Painting excluded   

⭕ Different Color Paint/Scanned Paint  

⭕ All Kinds of textured Paint excluded  

⭕ Balcony Painting Excluded  

⭕ All Major & Structural Cracks excluded
