Major AC Service - FCU Unit

Deploy Skilled Technician, Chemicals and Consumables to perform Major AC serving as per below scope of works.  

What’s Included
✅Valves - Check the opening & closing and caps that is connected to the valve
✅ Air Filters - Spray down and clean air filters
✅ Clean the coils with cooling coil cleaners
✅ Disinfect Cooling coils with Dettol (tested for decades so guaranteed to be safe) to kill bacteria in the units.
✅ Fan Motor Operation - Check if they are operating currently and spinning at the correct rpm
✅  Minimize noise during operation - Fan motor, blade and housing alignment and not rattling
✅ Cleaning of the strainer 
✅ Clean all vents - Cleaning dust and debris.
✅ Review insulation - To check for failures causing condensation and water damage
✅ Thermostats - Accurate operation of actuator and fan motor
✅ Temperature review - Check carefully with a laser temperature gauge to confirm the system is operating correctly
✅ Cleaning of drain tray

EXCLUSION:

⭕ Ceiling cutting is excluded if required to access the unit and will be charged extra

⭕ AC Spare parts are excluded

⭕ Electrical works are excluded
