At FOUR GUYS Technical & Cleaning Services LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our home repair services. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is required. This refund policy outlines the conditions for refund eligibility and the process for obtaining a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are eligible for services that have been purchased directly from the FOUR GUYS Technical & Cleaning Services LLC website only with an official invoice issued and as per the below terms only.

  1. A refund is only eligible if the services are not performed at the site. If service is canceled by the customer on-site without the team starting the work, standard call-out charges of AED 150 will be applied along with the actual cost of the electronic & HVAC materials purchased for the work. 
  2. We do not have any refund policy once the Work has been performed however, if some scopes are not performed on-site then the customer can utilize the remaining credit for future bookings.

Non-Refundable Fees
a. While we strive to provide a seamless refund process, please note that bank, credit card, and debit card fees associated with the original transaction are non-refundable. We will refund the service cost excluding Bank Charges/Online Payment fee which is fixed 2.5% for online payments.

Refund Process
a. To request a refund (if flowed the above terms), please contact FOUR GUYS LLC via email only, providing your name, contact information, Invoice no, and order no in the subject of the email along with the reason of the Refund to CustomerCare@fourguystech,.com  
b. Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the information provided and determine your eligibility for a refund (based on the above terms mentioned) and we will respond to you within 3-4 Days.
c. If your refund request is approved, we will notify you and upon your confirmation, we will process the refund within 3-4 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
d. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Customer Responsibilities
a. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a refund.
b. If requested, you may be required to provide additional documentation or evidence to support your refund request.

Modifications to the Refund Policy
a. FOUR GUYS LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the refund policy periodically for any updates or changes.
