SCOPE:  

• Remove Existing Water Heater, Supply & Installation of New ARISTON Brand same as per existing Capacity  
• Supply & Installation of Hose Pipes for Cold and Hot Water Pipes  
• Supply & Installation of Angle Valve if Damaged  
• 5 Years Warranty as per Manufacturer’s terms & Conditions  

EXCLUSION:  

• Gypsum Ceiling Cutting is Excluded (if needed will be charged AED 375 Extra)
• Touch-up Paint is Excluded on Ceiling  
• Water heater Channels & Supports excluded  
• Water heater overflow Pipe excluded  
• Water heater Safety Valve excluded  
• Gate Valve excluded
