• Installation of Small Sanitary Items like Hose Pipes, Angle Valves, Shattaf, -Materials to be Provided by Client  
• Fixing Angle Valve, WC Seat Cover Adjustment (Non-Concealed type only)  
• Application of Silicon Small Areas upto 1 Mtr  
• Fixing Bottle Trap Minor Leaking issue (Without Materials)  
• Minor Drain Flushing, if major blockage is found will quote separately    
  Note: Spare Parts/Materials to be provided by Customer [Supply of Materials will be charged extra & Inform in advance if required]  

EXCLUSION:  

• All Kinds of Parts are excluded in the Service  
• Water Heater Installation excluded  
• Major Drain Line Flushing excluded  
• Any other work not specified above  
• WC Seat Cover Replacement excluded  
• Bottle Trap Replacement excluded
